The Sugar Loaf Mountain residence at One Steamboat Place offers unrivaled slopeside access at the base of the mountain. With beautiful new upgrades throughout, you will feel right at home after you return from a day on the mountain.
The residence features a large living area with mountain and valley views. Its open floor plan creates a spacious, free-flowing living, dining, and kitchen area. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this living area includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable couches for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
Aspiring chefs will delight in the professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances. There is also a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
The primary bedroom has modern and stylish furnishings plus a gas fireplace and ensuite bath with a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub.
The guest bedroom suite has a king bed with a private bath. A third bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of twin-over-full bunks with fun wallpaper.
This residence offers a separate office room with high speed internet, for remote working. Guests also have use of a washer and dryer on site in the hallway.
Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home enjoys air conditioning in summer.
