The Sundance Mountain Residence at One Steamboat Place is a luxurious space accommodating up to 12 guests. This residence has the additional benefit of offering a fully ADA compliant bedroom and bathroom to make a stay easy for all.
This spectacular private residence features a large living area with views overlooking Steamboat Square and directly up to the ski trails. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen abundant space for the entire group to be together.
The modifications to this residence make it very accessible and suited to meet a wide range of guests needs. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this home is also equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating to relax after a full day of mountain fun.
A beautiful kitchen design is complemented by a professionally equipped kitchen with everything you need including Viking appliances. You can grill outside on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. A sunken countertop provides easy access to the sink and work surfaces.
One Steamboat Place residences are designed for entertaining. There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.
One Steamboat Place residences feature rich colors, natural textures, and sumptuous fabrics throughout the home. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and the attached bath features a walk in shower and soaking tub. In this residence, 3 bedrooms offer a king bed with private bath. The third bedroom offers a king bed and a fully ADA compliant bathroom. The fourth offers two sets of bunks - each with a twin bed over a queen bed also with a private bathroom.
The home office nook boasts high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the residence on a private network allowing internet service for all guests. A Sonos sound system provides music throughout.
Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
