The slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place are located just steps away from the gondola and offer easy ski-in/ski-out access. Zen Mountain has been filled with custom touches from India and elsewhere throughout the world. You will be taken aback by the furnishings and art throughout this beautiful home.
The Zen Mountain residence is located close to the game room and Little Tykes playroom that are a delight for families. You also have easy access to the ski lockers, Wine Room and Steamboat Square without having to use any stairs. In summer, you can enjoy the sound of Burgess Creek flowing below your balcony from any of the rooms.
The home features a large living area with spacious open floor plan that connects the dining and living areas to the kitchen providing plenty of room for your group to relax together. A flat screen TV, comfortable couches and a large gas fireplace creates a warm, cozy atmosphere after a full day of activity.
The professionally equipped kitchen offers Viking appliances and outdoor grilling is a cinch on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted, rosewood carved dining table that beautifully complements the fine craftsmanship of the contemporary interior of this residence. Above the table is an incredible piece of Indian art made of rainbow teak sandstone.
One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and an ensuite bath featuring a steam shower and soaking tub. In this residence, you would choose which two of the three bedrooms you would like to use. There is one king bedroom, one bedroom with a queen bed, and another bedroom with one King bed, one twin trundle, one XL twin-over- XL twin bunk bed. All have ensuite bathrooms.
This residence has a home office nook and high speed Wi-Fi throughout.

One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
