The Deer Mountain residence at One Steamboat Place offers the best of everything. As soon as you walk in to the home you will be immediately drawn to the incredible views of everything Steamboat Mountain has to offer. You have a front row seat to watch all the activity on the slopes and Steamboat Plaza, all from the living room, balcony or bedrooms.
The spacious open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen areas all connected provides the perfect gathering place for families and friends.
The kitchen is a chef's delight, professionally equipped with Viking appliances. A built-in Viking gas grill is on the the balcony for year round use.
The residence is designed for entertaining with a dining table that comfortably seats 10, along with three additional seats at the kitchen island.
The residence has four beautifully furnished bedrooms. The primary king suite features a fireplace and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and separate tub and shower. It’s set apart from the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the living area. There is a second bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with two separate sinks, and separate tub and shower. A third bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The children in the group will enjoy the bunk room with two twin over full bunkbeds. This room uses a hall bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo.
The home office provides the perfect space for staying in touch or remote work with high-speed Internet. Guests have use of a washer and dryer in the hallway.
Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
