The Heavenly Peak residence at One Steamboat Place has a prime slopeside location where, from the living room or deck, you can watch skiers and snowboarders come down the mountain. This exceptional 4-bedroom home offers the location, luxury and first-class amenities that make for a truly unforgettable vacation.
The large gas fireplace, open floor plan and comfortable mountain furnishings create a warm comfortable feel and you will find it easy to entertain and enjoy the company of everyone in your group. This residence boasts beautiful new living room furniture and new carpet throughout.
The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight aspiring chefs; who can also grill out on the deck on the built-in Viking gas while watching the action at the base of the mountain.
Your group can comfortably gather round the dining table that will seat 10, with space for 3 more on new barstools at the kitchen island. The amazing mountain backdrop and stylish furnishings create the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience.
When you are done entertaining and ready to retire for the evening everyone will find their own private, comfortable retreats. The primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace, king bed with new mattress for guests’ comfort and large ensuite bathroom with a large shower, soaking tub and two sinks. The additional bedrooms include a king room with another new mattress and large ensuite bathroom; and two rooms with bunk beds. One has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over queen. The second features an XL twin over-king bunk bed.
A small office with high speed internet is perfect for remote workers.

With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
