Side-by-side sophistication on Steamboat’s most coveted stretch of the Yampa River, Triple 3 Lodge and Riverlight Lodge combine for an extraordinary retreat—perfect for family reunions, multi-family vacations, or group getaways. Yampa Vista Grande is walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, and the scenic Core Trail, and a short shuttle ride to world-class skiing.
Together, these two residences comfortably host up to 22 guests in 10 bedrooms, with expansive living areas inside and out. Floorplans mirror each other in their open, light-filled layouts, but each home features distinctive design touches and its own personality.
On the main level of each residence, walls of glass frame sweeping views of the Yampa River, Howelsen Hill, and the Steamboat ski area. The airy great rooms connect gourmet kitchens, spacious dining areas, and inviting living rooms—perfect for lively group meals, cozy fireside conversations, and effortless entertaining. Both kitchens boast professional-grade appliances, two dishwashers, wine fridges, walk-in pantries, and islands with seating. Outdoor grills and dining spaces create alfresco dining experiences with sounds of the river below.
Outdoor living is a year-round pleasure here. Six expansive decks—three per residence—feature abundant seating, fire pits, and overhead heaters. On the second-level decks, each home has its own private hot tub overlooking the river, while the top-floor primary suite decks are private sanctuaries, ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing.
Entertainment comes easy with media rooms in each residence on the second level, perfect for movie nights, game-day gatherings, or a quiet retreat with a good book.
When it’s time to unwind, the ten beautifully appointed bedrooms offer comfort and luxury. Each lodge’s primary king suite spans the entire top floor, with double-sided fireplaces, private decks, and spa-like ensuite baths, each featuring a soaking tub, walk-in steam shower, and dual vanities. Triple 3 has steam shower and sauna. Riverlight has a washer/dryer in large primary closet.
On the second levels, Triple 3 Lodge features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths and deck access, plus two queen bedrooms with hidden TVs in the footboards and a shared Jack & Jill bath. Riverlight Lodge’s second level offers a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks sharing a Jack & Jill bath with a king bedroom. There is another king suite with a steam shower and a twin room with two twin beds and an ensuite bath.
Every convenience has been considered, from air conditioning, in-home sound systems, laundry rooms and two-car garages. Riverlight Lodge also features an elevator.
Note: These homes are not connected internally and access to each side is through the main entry door or garage. Triple 3 Lodge is pet-friendly, with an additional cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.
