Original oak floors and a hand-made, wooden spiral stair case — featured in Architectural Digest — accentuate sophistication, while carefully selected blue accents infuse the area with a sense of freshness and evoke the calming essence of the ocean.
From nearly every room, you’ll take in unimpeded views of the coast and the idyllic, manicured grounds. Villa Salt Acres offers seven bedrooms in the main house and three bedrooms in the guest house, each offering unobstructed views of the sprawling estate and the breathtaking coastal scenery beyond. Twelve guests can be accommodated in the main house, and four guests can be accommodated in the guest house.

Complemented by additional features such as a boat dock, private jetty, and a heated pool and spa, this lavish villa ensures an extraordinary outdoor experience. You can snorkel off the sandy beach and 400 feet private stone jetty, kayak to famous Sandy Point Island, a natural bird preserve, which is a mere five minute paddle, or head over to the area where Peter Benchly lived and was here inspired by the coastal community in his creation of, ‘Jaws.’ From sun-soaked afternoons to unforgettable beach experiences, every moment spent in Villa Salt Acres will be a lasting memory.
