Welcome to Pine & Peak Chalet, a newly built mountain home where modern design, thoughtful amenities, and easy access to Stratton come together. Set on two private acres with sweeping views of Stratton Mountain, the home offers 4,000 square feet of open-concept living space designed for both gathering and relaxation.

At the heart of the home, the farmhouse-style kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked butler's pantry, and everything needed for everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the main living area with natural light and frame the surrounding mountain landscape, while multiple comfortable seating areas create space to gather after a day outdoors.

The home offers four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a freestanding soaking tub overlooking the mountains and a glass-enclosed shower. Radiant heated floors throughout the bathrooms add an extra layer of comfort, especially after winter days on the slopes.

Entertainment is built into the experience. The game room features electronic darts and foosball, while a dedicated kids' TV room with Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch gives younger guests their own space to unwind. Three 85-inch TVs with Netflix and Peacock provide plenty of options for relaxed evenings at home.

Outside, enjoy the fire pit, cedar hot tub, and Weber grill while taking in the mountain views. A heated boot dryer in the garage keeps ski gear ready for the next day, while the home's complimentary weekend and holiday shuttle makes getting to Stratton even easier.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: There is central AC at this property, which cools the whole house. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Pets: We love our furry friends, but this home isn’t set up to host pets. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space serene and welcoming for all.

Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 7 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 7 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
