This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via the booking platform message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
Studio City, just over the hill from the Hollywood bustle, is a quaint neighborhood with tree-lined residential streets and trendy dining. Lively Ventura Boulevard offers several classic sushi houses, plus small-plates spots and stylish gastropubs. Locals hit Wilacre Park for woodsy hiking trails with panoramic Valley views. This is a completely newly renovated home, with new furniture, and we want to host guests that can take care of it and keep it in excellent condition until the owners return. For this reason we think the house is not suitable for pets but we may consider under certain circumstances.
Owners are an environmentally conscious family and they would love if people would be aware of energy consumption while staying with us.
We are family-friendly and children with parents are very welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. The pool and spa space is not fenced. Please watch your children closely when outside.
Pool Heating:
►Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter.
►Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
►Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
►Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
►Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
