These amenities are owned and operated by the Resort and are for guests of SRLP and Caldera Springs Homeowners only.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
