✦ There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
✦ Please note there is a $100 fee for pets - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets.
✦ Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. This is NOT a party house. If problems arise, we will take action immediately.
✦ We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment. A noise-monitoring device is also in the unit for noise level moderation.
✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to settle a refundable deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared which is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
