Wander Tahoe Basin

Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. We provide fans year-round and additional window AC units in the months of July or August that can be used to stay cool and comfortable.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, playing music with doors and windows open, or creating excessive noise at night, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. Use of the hot tub is also restricted to before 9 PM for this reason.

Any disturbances may result in a citation or immediate eviction in accordance with county regulations.

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and mobility-challenged guests - including climbing a set of stairs to enter the property and access additional levels.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This Wander has a strict “no party” “no event” policies to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for guests and respect neighboring residents. Weddings, receptions, or similar events are strictly prohibited. The property is closely monitored, and any violation will result in immediate eviction.
