Please be aware that wildlife populations including bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

The first 2 floors of this property have no air-conditioning, like many homes in this climate. We provide fans that can used to stay cool and comfortable. The top floor has air-conditioning available.

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. Use of the hot tub and pool are also restricted to before 10 AM.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Noise Policy
Please keep music and noise levels down at all times. The area is subject to strict noise ordinances, and violations may lead to police involvement. In extreme cases, this could result in eviction.

Pool Hours
Use of the pool, hot tub, and sauna is not permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM in accordance with local city code.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
