Home in Tahoma, California

This house was perfect for our group of seven families. Each room had its own private bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, trays, and utensils, and there was plenty of space—both indoors and outdoors—for everyone to comfortably enjoy the property. The walk out to the lake via the dock was the cherry on top. Mark was also a fantastic host. We had to cancel a previous trip due to weather, and he was incredibly accommodating in allowing us to rebook for a later date. He also let us check in early so we could avoid driving in an incoming snowstorm. Overall, I’d highly recommend this home for any large group visiting Tahoe.

Our group of 12 girls had an incredible bachelorette weekend at Mark’s property! The house was beautiful (even nicer than the photos in my opinion) and the location couldn’t be beat! A few prior reviews mentioned issues with the stove but it has since been replaced and worked perfectly, and as for bears we had no issues, just made sure to not leave food outside and keep doors/windows locked overnight. Was the perfect weekend getaway for an unforgettable girls trip!!

What an amazing house, location and experience! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed (other than the food, obviously) for a great weekend with a large group. The location is breathtaking, with the lake and a beach in your backyard. Mark was a great host, responding to any questions I had almost immediately!
