This stunning four-bedroom house with a second primary bedroom in a detached unit is a great place to vacation. We are giving you a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home we call Luxe62 is a custom home built in 2022. This house offers a modern design with a beautiful open floor plan. The house features a new Hot tub with a view. The hot tub deck shares the BBQ, making this a great place to relax with friends and family after a long day of Skiing and snowboarding. In the game room/den, you have a large TV and a pool table converted into a ping pong table for entertainment. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, including an oversized gas range and a double gas oven. Throughout the home, you can enjoy expansive windows and incredible lake views. The home features two built-in gas fireplaces in both living spaces, keeping the rooms warm and cozy all winter. In addition, mini-splits can be used for extra heating upstairs and central heating on the middle floor where the bedrooms are. There is also an EV charging station in the garage for overnight charging (guest pay per charge, Price TBD). You will have access to the 2-door garage only. Two cars can fit in the garage and two in the driveway. There is an extra parking place for visitors to park in front of the tall garage.
In addition to all these great amenities, the home is conveniently located close to Heavenly Ski Resort, Zephyr Cove Beach, Nevada Beach, casinos, and the famous Edgewood golf course. This house is also a short walk to 2 local bars/restaurants. This house has everything you could want for your next Ski Trip to Tahoe.

Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
