Absolutely the perfect house for large groups and families to spend quality time together. There's so much to do that the house could be a destination itself. Extremely well maintained, everything worked perfectly (which isn't an easy task with a sauna, steam room, in door pool and two hot tubs! Beds were comfortable, shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided in the showers. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Mark really did a great job at making this enormous home absolutely turn key for guests. Mark is a great host who was lightning quick with responses and always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow. 10/10 experience.

This property did not disappoint. Every amenity was available. It was 95%; 100% = lake view! This was our favorite destination so far for our three generation week-long family reunion: 33 people ranging in age from nearly 80 to 6! We were especially pleased with the large kitchen and HUGE island where we could feed and watch the little grandchildren. Everyone that wanted to could hang out in the Great Room...some could watch sports while others played games, chatted, read, or sat outside on the adjacent huge deck with hot tub. The bedroom assignments (14 to choose from) shook out pretty well. Two adult couples did have to share a bathroom with a single cousin but they adapted! This would be my only criticism: the beds weren't that comfortable...I heard this from several. The lower level was really great for the kids: theatre room, indoor pool, billiards, foos ball, ping pong, bar shuffleboard. The "mega mansion" was our perfect home base for our hiking, zip lining, horse back riding, boating, dining, and I guess even gambling adventures. If we decide on another reunion at Lake Tahoe, we would definitely return!

Perfect corporate retreat site! We rented this home for a week long corporate retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is very thoughtfully constructed and appointed.........we were impressed every step of the way. A few perks: 1) For our work team, we still all had plenty of space and privacy. Several great spaces for large and small meetings. 2) The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could want........it even had a Nutri-Ninja! You literally just need to show up with your food and EVERYTHING you could need for cooking and prep and serving is there. 3) Every little construction detail was beautiful.........way more like a custom home than a rental property. The best part was that, despite being three floors, the floors are solid and don't echo or cause a ton of noise. For having 20 people in the house, I never was kept awake by my co-workers. 4) There was just SO MUCH TO DO in the home, we didn't even need to leave! Pool, skeeball, poker, swimming, two spas, movies...........too much to list. 5) Great location with a gorgeous meadow behind with walking trails. Plus, the home is a short walk to Safeway and CVS and the main drag through SLT. But still feels quiet and secluded. This space would be fantastic for a large family but it's also PERFECT for a small business retreat as well. We plan on renting this property again.
