We don't like doing it, but to maintain our owners' rental permits, sometimes it's necessary. The vast majority of our guests have no issue, but every once in a while, we do get a rowdy group. We do our best to communicate with you long before it leads to an eviction so please have your booking cell phone on you during your stay.
