Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 10 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 15 guests.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.
