Located in a premier residential neighborhood of Telluride, Miles High is a 4-bedroom/4.5 bathroom home with a bonus bunk sleeping area in the media room. This home combines history and elegance with modern warmth and comfort. Originally built in the late 1800's, the home underwent a full remodel and transformation in 2013, while still maintaining some of the original historic square timber walls. Situated on a large corner lot on the sunny side, the home enjoys lots of sun, views of the ski area and the Town of Telluride, and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is large for entertaining and flows to the living and dining area. Downstairs are two more bedrooms and a bunk area in the media room. On the top floor are two more bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. There is a deck with a hot tub and a gas grill off the dining area, perfect for outdoor enjoyment.
