Please note that there is no cell service between the house and the highway. A clear signal is only available at the top and bottom of the road. We recommend planning accordingly in case of any travel delays or emergencies.

During dry weather, several local towns may implement a burn ban. Please remain FIRE AWARE, as gusty winds and extremely dry conditions pose a heightened risk. Guests are asked to avoid lighting fireplaces until they are certain there are no active burn ban restrictions.

Wander Telluride Ranch is located on a ranch with a lot of wildlife constantly surrounding the home. Please be especially aware of this if you're bringing dogs.

Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in griddle or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors, gates, and windows closed.

Landscaping maintenance takes place regularly at this property. Contractors work only outside and will not disturb your privacy. Please do not be alarmed if you see a trailer arrive once during your stay.

This property is located in a remote wilderness area. While it’s just a 12 to 15-minute drive from the highway in good weather, winter conditions can make access significantly more challenging. During the winter months, a 4WD vehicle with at least 8-10 inches of clearance is necessary for safe travel.

Please ensure that your personal vehicle, rental car, or car service meets these requirements to reach the home safely.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
