Wander Telluride Ridge

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The forest and mountains of Telluride are home to a variety of amazing creatures. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Please note that the living room shades are non-functional. However, the space still receives plenty of natural shade thanks to the surrounding patio roof and overhang.

Please note that there is active construction happening next to the home. The master bedroom faces the neighboring property, where construction may be visible. For your comfort and privacy, there are window shades installed in the master bedroom.

The liquor room, elevator, and living room fireplace are not meant for guest use.

Kindly avoid trying to operate the decorative fireplace. In the meantime, the thermostats can be used to heat the property.
