While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.- Pool with spa heat is just $400 per day, plus tax.- SPA heat alone is $150 per day plus tax. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.- No events or parties are allowed at this property.- This home has 2 sleeper sofas and two trifold mattresses for additional sleeping options.- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).- Please note that the jukebox is non-operational.- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
