There is poor cell coverage at the home. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Noise levels must remain strictly below 60 dBA during daytime hours. Any violation of local noise ordinances may result in an initial $500 fine. In egregious cases, violations may lead to immediate eviction. No refunds will be issued for stays impacted by noise ordinance violations.

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is available year-round, except during the summer months (May–September). There is a $250/day + tax fee for pool heating and $100/day + tax for spa heating. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.
