Wildfire smoke in late summer and early fall in the northwest will always be a risk in Central Oregon.

Smoking and outdoor fires are prohibited on this property to prevent wildfires. Guests may only use the outdoor chiminea when no local burn ban is in place and upon reading the onsite binder guidelines.

The acres around this Wander are home to a variety of amazing creatures, including deer, foxes, coyotes, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Perched near a stunning cliff edge, the views are spectacular but it is dangerous for kids left unattended. Please supervise children carefully.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
