Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 12 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Water Safety
This home is located directly on Lake Norman. Please use caution around the water, as lake levels may vary throughout the year due to weather and water management. Guests use the lake at their own risk.

Boat & Water Equipment
Guests are responsible for following all applicable North Carolina boating and water safety laws. Any on-site or rented water equipment, including boats, kayaks, and paddleboards, is used at your own risk, and guests assume full responsibility for safe operation.

The pool and hot tub are available exclusively for registered guests, and outside visitors are not permitted. The pool and hot tub may only be used from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Daily Housekeeping
While linens and towels are included with the home, regular housekeeping during your stay is not included in the rental rate. We kindly ask that all towels and linens remain on the premises throughout your stay.

Locked Areas
Certain areas of the home are secured for the owner’s personal use or for safety reasons, including select interior closets. We kindly ask that guests respect these areas and refrain from accessing them at any time.
