During the fall, wildlife activity increases around the property. Please take note of the following:
Moose and bears may occasionally visit the garden, waterfall, or surrounding Butte.
Children should never wander outside unsupervised.
Drive carefully on nearby roads—wildlife may cross unexpectedly, and collisions can injure both animals and people.
Do not approach wildlife. Moose, in particular, can be more dangerous than they appear, and bears should always be avoided.
If you are planning to bring children with you, please note that there is a staircase in the living room leading down to the outdoor hot tub, which does not have a railing.
Additionally, there are no baby items available, such as high chairs or cribs. We recommend bringing your own baby items or renting them.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.
Please also note that smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any violation of this policy will result in a $5,000 cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
