Due to extreme wildfire risk in the area, absolutely no smoking, candles, incense, vaping, or fireworks are allowed near the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction. In the case of fireworks, criminal prosecution may also apply.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for children and elderly - including climbing a set of 25 stairs to enter the property and to access the upper levels.

The driveway is steep and suitable for most vehicles such as SUVs, sedans, and standard trucks, though low-clearance cars may require extra attention. Please drive with caution and ensure your vehicle is suitable for the grade.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
