Internet Outages

Internet outages can be common in Lake Tahoe, especially during winter storms. If you experience connectivity issues during your stay, please feel free to reach out to Concierge for support.

Tahoe’s beauty comes with unpredictability, and may result in wildfires, storms, and occasional Wi-Fi hiccups. While power outages are uncommon, occasional weather events in the area may cause temporary disruptions. Certain outdoor amenities may also become unavailable.

In the event of severe weather during your stay, refund considerations may be made on a case-by-case basis. However, cancellations related to weather, road conditions, or air quality are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, lock your car, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

If you are planning a stay with us during winter, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD/four-wheel-drive vehicle with snow chains, as roads leading to the property may be be snow-covered during this time, especially during snowstorms.

Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle heavy winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Parties, Events, & Commercial Photography

Hosting parties and events, and engaging in commercial shoots, is strictly prohibited in this Wander.

Open Flames

Tahoe’s pristine forests are especially vulnerable to fire. For the safety of our community and the preservation of the surrounding landscape, we kindly ask that no open flames be used anywhere on the property.
