This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Local regulations, enforced by law enforcement authorities, prohibit private parties in this region. As a result, a strict no-party policy is in place at this property. Violations of this rule may lead to significant fines, legal consequences, and immediate eviction without reimbursement.

Heavy rainfall, especially during the rainy season (August–November), may cause flooding and muddy roads; please take care when traveling during these conditions. In the rare event of a hurricane, guests are expected to follow official government advisories. 

Please be aware that the final 800 meters (approximately 0.5 miles) of the drive to the property is a dirt road, with ongoing construction nearby. To ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival, we recommend using a vehicle with adequate ground clearance, such as a Jeep Wrangler, Subaru Outback, Toyota RAV4, or other similar vehicles.

Transportation with experienced local drivers is also available upon request. If you plan to drive yourself, please keep this in mind when choosing your rental vehicle.

Please be aware that, as the community continues to grow, you may encounter intermittent power and Wi-Fi outages. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand. 

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Please be advised that there are properties currently under construction nearby. Construction hours are generally 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sundays. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Transportation services are available, including private airport transfers, a dedicated personal driver, and rentals such as buggies, ATVs, and scooters.
