Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Please be advised that Tulum is a growing community, and there are properties currently under construction nearby. Construction activity may impact your stay during the working hours of 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Saturday. We appreciate your understanding of circumstances beyond our control and apologize for any inconvenience.

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and mobility-challenged guests, including climbing sets of stairs to access additional levels.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Every reservation comes with a 24-hour grace period, during which you can cancel for a full refund with no penalty.

An onsite Concierge will be available to grant you access to the home and walk you through the offerings that come with your booking. All guests will receive individual QR code access before arrival according to the number of guests staying. Please bring a valid ID for check-in. Visitors are allowed only with prior authorization and only until 5 PM.

Alongside the Tulum Country Club attractions, guests have complimentary access to the renowned Kay Beach Club. Additional specific club facility fees are to be handled separately.
