About The Villa
There is a lost world vibe to this brand-new private villa in Soliman Bay. The wooden entrance walkway, which dictates the tropical architecture, leads guests zigzagging into a gem where palapa roofs and minimalist décor express its Caribbean spirit.

Villa Amaite is divided into two buildings, the main house and the casita, and can accommodate up to 20 guests. The main villa can comfortably sleep 12 guests in five suites. Each of them is equipped with air conditioning, queen-size beds, gorgeous stone-fitted bathrooms, and stunning ocean views. The bedrooms are crafted for sensory rest, with clean lines, local materials, and tasteful design applied to every detail. Also, the sea-facing balconies are ideal to spend long and laid-back afternoons.

The casita, an independent house built in the same style as the main villa, has three more bedrooms and a beautiful sandy area with palm trees, which is perfect for hosting gatherings and other events.

The pool and terrace melt into the white sands of the bay, inviting outdoor gatherings either at the loungers by the water or the alfresco dining table. Meanwhile, the indoor living spaces capture the allure of a beach-side bungalow and elevate it to another aesthetic level.

Villa Amaite is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Soliman Bay, a hideout that retains the original charm of the Riviera Maya. The inlet is just 20 kilometers north of Tulum, making it the perfect base to explore this famous beach town and still spend a peaceful holiday completely undisturbed.

Restaurants

Zenote

I don't have sufficient information to write an accurate description for "Zenote" restaurant. The search results include Cenote Grill (a Mexican restaurant in California), MOTMOT Restaurant & Cenote Bar (in Tulum, Mexico), and other cenote-related establishments, but no restaurant specifically named "Zenote." Could you clarify which restaurant you're referring to, or provide additional details such as its location?

Cenote Yax-kin

I cannot write a restaurant description for Cenote Yax-kin because it is a **cenote** (natural sinkhole with swimming water), not a restaurant. If you're looking for a description of a specific restaurant near Cenote Yax-kin, I'd be happy to help with that instead.
