We had the most incredible stay celebrating my bachelorette in Tulum with 18 of my closest friends and family. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Coordinating a group of this size for five days could have been stressful, but thanks to the amazing concierge team, it was completely effortless. The hospitality was truly unmatched — every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Transportation was always on time and smooth (and flexible!), and the chef-prepared meals were absolutely incredible (some of the best food we had the entire trip!). The concierge went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. I can’t recommend this experience enough, especially for large groups looking for a stress-free, elevated stay. It was beyond memorable, and we’re so grateful for such a flawless and special trip! I can’t wait to visit again!

Each kitchen was fully equipped for our private chef, making every meal feel like a curated experience. The concierge team provided exceptional service, handling every reservation and request with professionalism and care. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough, keeping the estate pristine throughout our stay. The location is secluded, offering unmatched privacy, and restaurants and nightlife are just a short drive away. Caan Estate offers a sophisticated and serene escape that blends comfort, elegance, and impeccable service.

We spent a full week at this beautiful estate with a group of 18 people, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The layout is superb—plenty of space to spread out, unwind, and change scenery every day, whether you want to be outdoors, near the pool, in a cozy living room, or enjoying views from a balcony. Getting there involves driving on underdeveloped roads, but once you arrive the estate effortlessly makes up for that small inconvenience. The surroundings are peaceful, lush, and well-maintained. Its proximity to both the beach and the downtown area is a huge plus—you get tranquility without sacrificing convenience. Special acknowledgment to the concierge team: they were amazing. They arranged car service for us, outfitted a private chef, and helped us with every little detail so that we could focus entirely on enjoying ourselves. All told, I highly recommend this place—especially for large groups or families who want comfort, luxury, and flexibility.
