Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Please be advised that there are properties currently under construction nearby. Construction hours are generally 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sundays. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The trees on the property marked with ropes are Chechen trees (Black Poisonwood Trees). Their sap is toxic and can cause skin irritation, rashes, or burns—even contact with the leaves may result in a reaction. For safety, do not touch the tree, its leaves, or any fruit it may produce.

Local regulations, enforced by law enforcement authorities, prohibit private parties in this region. As a result, a strict no-party policy is in place at this property. Violations of this rule may lead to significant fines, legal consequences, and immediate eviction without reimbursement.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The rooftop pool at the home can be heated and is available year-round. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
