Tulum Rooftop

This place is stunning and the hosts were great! The set up of the space makes it a great option for privacy or for gathering. Also, the location is a great in-between of Centro Tulum and the hotel zone. Would highly recommend for your visit to Tulum.

The Villa is really nice. It’s big, with a really nice living floor/kirchen and dining room were u can sit altogether. Also the pool area is really nice on the same floor. One bedroom on the ground floor has the bathroom outside the room, the rest is inside. The bathrooms are (really) the only which are not on the same level as the rest of the villa - it is more a rusty style. Of course everything works, even one shower ‘sprinkled’ more and they tried to fix it. The bathroom in the master bedroom on the first floor is really big, there my friends also took a shower 😅 On the first floor are in total 3 bedrooms (master included) which are really huge and totally fine for at least three people if necessary. On the top is the roof top with also a pool and a sitting area, really really nice. So in total it is worth it to go to this villa. Nice area (la privada) close to the beach - like 10 min with the bike - either Av Cuba or Kukulan u can drive. Or to the center also close!

The hosts were very responsive and the home was large enough for our group. Enjoyed the beautiful rooftop area and the kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood was close to centro which I loved, but gated, secure and quiet. The hosts even helped me with airport transfers and recommended a hotel spa retreat to pass the time between check out and when we needed to go to the airport.
