Welcome to the Vail Golf Course neighborhood, one of Vail’s most picturesque and sought-after locations. Tucked perfectly between East Vail and Vail Village, this area offers guests the ideal blend of quiet mountain living and instant access to world-class adventure, dining, and entertainment.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Gore Range, the neighborhood is known for its open green spaces, winding bike paths, towering pines, and the sparkling waters of Gore Creek. It feels peaceful, scenic, and distinctly alpine—yet you’re only minutes from everything that makes Vail iconic.

Staying in the Vail Golf Course neighborhood makes getting around easy—whether you rely on the free shuttle or bring your own vehicle.

Free Vail Shuttle:
The property is just steps from the free Town of Vail bus stop, offering fast, reliable access to Vail Village, Golden Peak, and Lionshead. Shuttles run frequently throughout the day and evening, making it simple to reach the slopes, dining, shopping, and nightlife without needing to drive.

Close to Vail Village:
Vail Village is only a few minutes away by shuttle, bike, or a scenic walk along Gore Creek Path during warmer months.

Driving & Parking:
Guests who drive will find the roads well-maintained year-round, but AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended in the winter due to snow and mountain conditions. Parking is convenient, and you’ll have quick access to Vail’s main roads and public parking structures.

Trails & Pathways:
The neighborhood connects to beautiful walking and biking paths that wind through the golf course and into Vail Village—perfect for exploring without a car.

  • AWD/4WD is recommended in winter for the best experience navigating mountain roads.
  • The building is peaceful and quiet—please be respectful of neighbors, especially in the evenings.
  • Pool is open seasonally (summer only); the hot tub is open year-round.
  • There is secure, heated garage parking for one vehicle; additional parking may be limited.
  • The property sits at high altitude (~8,000 ft), so guests may want to stay hydrated and acclimate.
  • Shuttle schedules can vary by season—guests may want to check current Town of Vail bus times.
  • Perfect location for both summer events (Ford Amphitheater, trails, golf) and winter access (Nordic Center, ski slopes).

The apartment is freshly remodeled. Everything was in pristine condition. The only suggestion I would have is for additional dresser to be added to the master bedroom and maybe some larger side tables. But other than that this is a great unit and a very well priced rental. Would stay here again.
