On Bridge Street, in the heart of Vail Village, about a minute's walk from Gondola One. Five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, room for ten.

You can change almost everything about a ski trip after you book. You cannot change the address. Step out the door and the village is already happening: first chair in the morning, lunch back at the condo, dinner two minutes away on foot.

Bridge Street is the oldest street in Vail and still the best one. Our door opens onto it.

What that buys you is time. No shuttle, no parking hunt at 7am, no driving back at the end of the day with wet gear and tired kids. You walk. Gondola One is about a minute away. The bakery is closer than that.

Ideal for: multi-family ski trips, groups of friends, and families with kids. Bunk room included.

THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 - King with en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, a private balcony over the village, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 2 - Twin-over-full bunk bed with a smart TV. The kids will fight over the top one.

Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds with a smart TV, off the dining area, with a slider door for privacy.

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with en suite bathroom and a smart TV.

Bedroom 5 - Two twin beds with en suite bathroom, a smart TV, and a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge.

THE BATHROOMS
Four full bathrooms, all stocked with towels and toiletries. Three are en suite, so most of the group never has to wait on anyone.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
One full kitchen with modern appliances, plus a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge in bedrooms 1 and 5 for late arrivals and early risers. The dining table seats the whole group and opens into a living room with big windows, a fireplace, and a smart TV.

OUTSIDE
Multiple balconies wrap the condo, looking down over Bridge Street and out toward the mountain. There is a hot tub on the first level.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the only parking for the unit is in nearby parking garages. We suggest parking in the Vail Parking Structure, which is paid parking. There is a flight of stairs down from the garage to the pedestrian avenue, about a 5 minute walk to the unit, and there is an additional flight of stairs from the main entry to the unit. It is not handicap accessible.

Please be aware that homes at the Vail Village base do not include parking, there are no designated parking spaces. Guest will need to secure parking at a nearby paid parking garage for the duration of their stay.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee. 
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
