This home is equipped with an elevator that provides access to all floors.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. Vail’s cool mountain climate provides natural comfort, particularly in the evenings. Opening the windows will allow the crisp alpine air to circulate and create a refreshing, restful environment throughout the night.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sound and any form of nuisance to neighbors are strictly prohibited.

If a violation of this ordinance is reported to the Town, a $2,000 fine will be issued. This fine will be passed on to the guest staying at the property and automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area, and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties and events is prohibited in this home. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Check-In

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you honor this timeframe so our team can properly prepare the home for your arrival. Property access instructions will be sent at 3:45 PM on the day of check-in.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let Wander Concierge know in advance in order for the team to assist with any access needs later in the evening.

Balcony

For safety, please do not throw anything from the balcony or upper floors.
