The house is nestled in the tranquil and friendly residential neighborhood of Cottonwood, AZ. Located in the 'heart' of Arizona and the heart of wine country, Cottonwood is ideally situated above the heat of the desert and below the cooler temperatures of Arizona’s high country.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking spots. We recommend that you have a car at your disposal as it will allow you to easily explore many natural beauties around Cottonwood.

Please note that while our outdoor pool is serviced every Monday, its natural location means that bugs or leaves may occasionally fall into the water. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the serene environment that our property offers.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 9 PM.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
