Hotel Exemption Status Policies and Booking Requirements Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 20 years old in order to book. Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses. REGISTRATION - To comply with the Hotel Guest Registration Act all guests must complete an online guest registration form prior to checkin. PARKING - You may park in your designated parking space only. If you are not sure of your designated parking spot, please contact your hotel host. All other spaces are reserved and vehicles parked in the wrong spot are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. NO SMOKING - There is to be no smoking, vaping or burning incense in the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere else in the complex (inside or out). There will be a $400 cleaning charge deducted from the security deposit for anyone violating this rule. NO PARTIES - There are to be no parties. To avoid parties the guests' names are to be provided at the time of booking and only these booked guests are allowed on the property, unless a written exception is granted by the host. The booked guests are not permitted to invite their friends or others onto the property without this written permission. QUIET TIME - You are required to be quiet and not make excessive noises between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. BUILDING SECURITY - Do not allow anyone you don't know to follow you into the building or parking garage. All strangers must have their own key fob to enter. BE TIDY - Do not litter or create a mess in the lobby, hallways, elevators or other common areas. Trash is to be placed in the garbage room in the containers provided. BE NICE - You must not disturb or harass the permanent residents or other guests in the complex and you must be courteous and respectful to them at all times. Foul language and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. BUILDING RULES - The building management is very particular and the building complex rules are strictly enforced. You must obey all of these rules, including the pool rules, and all Strata Bylaws of the complex, or you could be subject to a $200 fine and/or the immediate termination of your rights to be in the building. YOU ARE A GUEST – You are not a tenant or resident; you are a guest. Guests are not permitted to move furniture, bicycles or similar large items into or out of the unit. The hotel staff are not excluded from possession and may enter to clean, inspect and repair the premises, or to ensure compliance with the rules. The legal right to stay in the unit terminates immediately if any rules have been violated.
