Landscaping takes place bi-weekly and may fall during your stay. During this time, workers may be on the property to perform routine maintenance. They will not enter the home and are instructed to minimize any disruption.
This home is regularly serviced for pest control. However it is natural for some insects, such as gnats, to occasionally find their way inside, especially during the warmer months. To help keep them away, please avoid leaving food outdoors (including residue in grills or fire pits), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. If gnats do appear, apple cider vinegar can be used as an effective remedy.
