Designed with multiple families in mind, the home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and inviting spaces to gather. The soaring great room is the heart of the home, featuring vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, plush seating, a dramatic stone fireplace, and curated furnishings that create the perfect place to unwind.

The chef's kitchen is equally impressive with stone countertops, a Lacanche range, custom cabinetry filled with many cooking essentials and outfitted with entertaining needs in mind. The open-concept layout keeps everyone together with seating for 8 at the dining table and additional seats at the island.

The home has beautifully appointed bedrooms on each of its three levels, including two king suites, two additional queen bedrooms, and a custom bunk room that kids (and adults!) will love. Every bedroom has been designed with intention - luxe, comfy bedding combined with mountain-inspired finishes.

Downstairs you'll find a well-equipped wet bar, a mini fridge, dishwasher and a recreation area featuring foosball, air hockey, Pop-A-Shot basketball and bubble hockey, along with a large sectional and oversized TV - the perfect space for movie nights, game tournaments, or simply relaxing.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
• Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
  -During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
