We’re honored to host you in our home—not a hotel—and we kindly ask that you treat the space with the same respect and care you’d expect in your own. If any issues arise during your stay, please reach out right away. We allow up to 24 hours for resolution or troubleshooting, though we always aim to assist as quickly as possible.
Child Supervision
This home is not childproofed. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
Pool Heating
The pool can be heated to a comfortable 90°F (32°C) upon request. To maintain proper operation and avoid damage, we kindly ask that guests do not adjust or operate the pool heater directly. Please contact us if you would like pool heating enabled, and we’ll take care of it for you.
During warmer summer months, pool heating remains off to preserve energy and guest comfort. Pool heating becomes available again beginning in December. While advance notice is appreciated so we can prepare the system, please note that pool heating takes time to reach temperature and may not be fully heated upon arrival.
Scheduled Maintenance Visits
To keep the property in excellent condition, we work with a small team of trusted, licensed professionals. During your stay, you may see our pool technician or lawn care team performing brief, routine maintenance. These visits are exterior-only and help ensure the home remains comfortable and well maintained throughout your stay.
Local Wildlife
Manatee Manors is surrounded by South Florida’s natural environment. You may occasionally see iguanas, lizards, or other small wildlife—particularly around sunny patios or pool areas. These animals are harmless and a normal part of the local landscape.
Linens, Bedding & Care
All beds are outfitted with luxury bamboo linens, professionally cleaned and cared for off-site to hotel-level standards. Bamboo fabric is delicate and requires specialized care.
If linens or bedding are excessively stained or damaged beyond what professional cleaning can restore, guests will be charged for replacement. We appreciate your help in treating all linens with care.

Dogs are permitted with prior approval, with a maximum of two pets.
For the comfort of all guests and to protect our furnishings:
