The property is just 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and Downtown Las Olas entertainment district.
Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by Michael (the owner) who lives on property in a separate studio with a separate entrance. He will give you a brief tour of this unique property, and leave you to enjoy it all to yourselves.

House Rules
The rules are to maintain the safe and peaceful integrity of the property; please respect them. There should be no smoking inside the house. The only designated outdoor smoking area is on the patio outside the kitchen. No smoking in or near the Garden.
TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you'll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don't provide streaming app accounts.
DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE FINED $1500 FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES.
No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
No loud music after 9PM.
