Trattoria Lisina
A family-owned winery dining venue serving wood-fired pizzas and classic Italian dishes. Dining and cocktail plus wine menus are on their website; reservations can be made through Resy. Open 4 PM - 9 PM, Tuesday-Friday; 11 AM - 9 PM, Saturday-Sunday; and closed Monday.
The Leaning Pear
A destination restaurant serving hill country-inspired cuisine in a beautifully restored historic setting. Inspired by their time exploring Italian cuisine and sustainable food movements, owners Rachel and Matthew Buchanan offer a menu of seasonal dishes ranging from fried brussels sprouts to woodfired pizzas. Open 11 AM - 9 PM, Wednesday-Saturday; 11 AM - 3 PM, Sunday; closed Monday-Tuesday.

An outfitter offering guided nature walks and zipline crossings with panoramic views that stretch up to 15 miles. Note: To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, reservations are required for our ziplining tours which last approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Open 10 AM - 5 PM daily.
Middleton Brewing
A spacious family and pet-friendly brewery offering ample indoor and outdoor beer garden seating. There are 12 taps featuring their own craft beers, including six regulars and six rotating selections alongisde local cider and wine options. Open 2 PM - 10 PM, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 12 PM - 10 PM, Friday-Sunday; and closed Tuesday.
Canyon Cruiser
A Hillburn-built charter yacht with a United States Coast Guard licensed captain and an expert crew. This full-service experience can accommodate up to 50 guests with charters ranging from 3 to 8 hours. Bookings can be made through their website. Open 7 AM - 11 PM daily.
