Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels April-beginning of May. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe. The dock will become steep and sitting on the dock may not be an option November-Mid April
You can still fish or kayak at the water's edge.
