At the center of the home is a private theater featuring a 100-inch screen, creating the perfect setting for movie nights after a day outdoors. A game room with a pool table and vintage arcade game adds even more entertainment, while the outdoor basketball court offers friendly competition year-round.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are filled with natural light thanks to dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding mountains. A handcrafted dining table seats up to fourteen guests, while the fully equipped kitchen makes everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners effortless.
The home's architectural centerpiece is its spectacular 20-foot suspended French fireplace, creating a warm and unforgettable gathering place during cooler evenings.
Five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide privacy and comfort for families and groups, including four on the main level and a private upstairs suite with an adjoining loft that can accommodate additional guests.
Outside, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit beneath the night sky, spend afternoons on the basketball court, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Whether you're visiting for hiking, golf, skiing, or long summer evenings outdoors, every space was designed to make time together feel effortless.

Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter.
Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power Outages: This home is equipped with Tesla backup batteries that provide short-term power support in the event of an outage. The wood-burning French fireplace also serves as a reliable heat source during winter storms. Please note these batteries cannot charge electric vehicles. As with all rural mountain locations, power or internet interruptions may occur during severe weather, and refunds cannot be issued for outages beyond our control.
Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 10 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 10 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
