This home is not equipped with an air conditioning system.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

As this home is equipped with sound systems, ensure that all speakers are turned off when leaving a room, especially those on the outdoor patio. Please be mindful of volume levels at all times to ensure a respectful atmosphere for neighbors and to prevent potential damage to the equipment. A noise monitoring device is installed on the property to measure decibel levels. If sound levels inside or outside the home exceed 70 dB, a fine will be applied and a portion of your security deposit may be withheld.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties and events is strictly not allowed in this Wander.

Checkout

Before checking out, we kindly ask that all appliances are turned off, linen is removed from beds and placed on the bedroom floor, and covers are placed in the fire pit and hot tub.

Security

For the safety and security of all guests, tampering with or disabling the home’s security system, cameras, internet equipment, or electrical breakers is strictly prohibited. Any interference with these systems may result in immediate removal from the property and notification of local authorities.
