Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 3 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin/Full), 1 Bunk Bed (Twin/Twin).
Parking: Garage parking for 2 vehicles. Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Sending Mail or Packages to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
