The kitchen flows seamlessly from the main living space, providing an inviting place for guests to gather. A large sink and ample counter space makes meal prep a simple pleasure. Beautiful white cabinetry with underlighting provides a nice ambient light in the evenings and adds to the bright, cheery appearance of the kitchen. Full-sized updated stainless-steel appliances help make cooking and clean up a breeze. This kitchen is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing!

The studio unit is located directly under the main home and offers a small but functional kitchen space, king-sized bed, sitting area, and a window unit for cooling. The upper and lower units of this home are only connected by exterior staircases that can be accessed from either side of the home. The main house includes central heating and air conditioning while the ground floor apartment includes a window unit.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Full, 2 Twins.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout.

Parking: Off-street parking for 4 vehicles.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
