Do not touch wildlife. The surrounding area may be home to coyotes, horses, and bobcats. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The property is in a remote location, and you'll be traveling on bumpy dirt roads to get there. It is not required to have a 4WD, but it may get slippery during or after rain without one. Drive slowly as there are occasionally horseback riders on the path. Please make sure your car, or the rental you choose, is equipped accordingly.

Note that the home sits in the boulders and requires access by walking through the desert sand uphill from the parking area to the door.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above at any point to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.
